• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Third-Party Services, Analytics, and AI Tools

We use third-party services and tools to help us operate, secure, and improve our Site.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, device and browser information, approximate geographic location, and referral sources, typically through cookies or similar tracking technologies. To learn more, you can review Google's information titled "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services." You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel

We use tracking technology from Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to serve targeted ads to you on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties. Meta's pixel may collect information about your browsing behavior on our Site and match it to a Meta account or advertising identifier. You can learn more about, and adjust, Meta's ad preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings, or through Meta's own privacy policy.

Clerk (Account Authentication)

We use Clerk, a third-party authentication provider, to manage account sign-up, login, and identity verification for our Site. Clerk may process information such as your email address, authentication credentials, and session/device data in order to securely authenticate you and maintain your account. Clerk's handling of this data is subject to its own privacy policy.

GoHighLevel (Website & CRM Platform)

Our Site, forms, and client communications are built and managed using GoHighLevel, a third-party website and customer relationship management (CRM) platform. GoHighLevel may process the information you submit through our forms, as well as related usage and engagement data, in order to help us manage leads, client communications, and marketing workflows. GoHighLevel's handling of this data is subject to its own privacy policy.

AI-Assisted Analysis

We use AI-powered tools, including large language models, to help us analyze Site analytics, business data, and usage patterns in order to better understand our audience and improve our Site and Services. Data provided to these AI tools is processed in accordance with the relevant AI provider's privacy policy and data handling practices. We do not use AI tools to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you without human involvement.

Amazon Selling Partner API & Advertising API Integration

LaunchWild Command Center connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API, with your explicit authorization, to automatically retrieve operational and advertising performance reports from your Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising accounts. This replaces manual report downloads with a secure, automated daily sync.

What we access:

• Operational reports (inventory, listings, account health, order/sales performance) and advertising reports (campaign, keyword, and search-term performance) from the marketplaces and report types you authorize.

• We do not access, request, or store customer/buyer personally identifiable information (PII) — no buyer names, addresses, order-level contact details, or individual customer records.

• Where a report type could contain such data, we retain only aggregate, non-identifying metrics (e.g., return counts, revenue totals, fee totals) and discard identifying fields before storage.

AI-assisted analysis:

Report data retrieved through this connection is processed by an AI system (a large language model) to generate operational insights, flag issues, and surface growth recommendations for your account. This analysis is used solely to support the services LaunchWild provides to you and is not used to train third-party AI models or shared with any party outside LaunchWild's service delivery.

Security:

Amazon API credentials (refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in application logs, error reports, or API responses. Access to your Amazon data within LaunchWild's platform is scoped to your account/brand and the LaunchWild team members assigned to it.

Your control:

You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Advertising account settings, or by requesting disconnection from LaunchWild. Revoking access stops future data collection; it does not delete historical analysis already generated, which you may separately request removed.

Ecommerce Platform Data (Walmart, Target+, Shopify)

As part of our services, we also process business and operational data connected to our clients' Walmart, Target+, and Shopify seller/vendor accounts. This includes aggregated data such as operations metrics, marketing performance, logistics and inventory data, and sales KPIs. This data is used solely for business analysis, reporting, and service delivery purposes. We do not collect, process, or store personal consumer information (such as end-customer names, addresses, or payment details) from these platforms as part of this data.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies, including those deployed by third-party partners such as Google Analytics and Meta, to:

• Remember preferences

• Improve functionality

• Analyze Site traffic and usage patterns

• Deliver and measure the effectiveness of targeted advertising campaigns

You can control cookie settings through your browser. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly, and certain advertising and personalization features may be limited.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including relying on the security practices of our service providers (such as Clerk for authentication). However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights related to your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion. You may also opt out of certain communications by following unsubscribe instructions (if applicable) or by contacting us directly. To opt out of retargeted advertising delivered through third-party platforms, you may adjust your preferences through your browser, device settings, or the opt-out mechanisms provided by those platforms.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
